OUR OWN SALON
Our therapists at Phuang Malai use Thai. HOT PEPPER Beauty’s booking management system, SALON BOARD, does not support Thai, so the owner had to manage bookings and relay the information to staff alone. Guest requests in booking emails, such as “My neck, shoulders and back feel stiff,” also had to be translated from Japanese into Thai each time.
We created a setup that extracts key booking details, automatically translates guest requests from Japanese into Thai, and then sends a notification to LINE. This reduced the work of translating and contacting staff for each request, making information sharing easier. We use this setup in our own salon.
